Job Brief:
As a Supervisor at Puje Real Estate, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring proper work execution and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate the scheduling of materials, equipment, and workforce to maintain project flow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to the project manager.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise between workers or stakeholders.
- Maintain aaccurate documentation of project status, changes, and completion timelines.
Key Requirments:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor in construction, real estate development, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
- A diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
