Job Brief:
As an Accounting Team Member at Puje Group, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. You will work closely with other team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and contribute to financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
- Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and efficiency.
Key Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
