Job Brief:
As an Interior Finishing Manager at Puje Group, you will oversee the interior finishing aspects of our real estate projects, ensuring that all finishes meet the highest standards of quality and design. You will manage a team of finishers and coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional interior spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all interior finishing activities, including drywall, painting, flooring, and millwork.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure alignment with project specifications and design intent.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design standards.
- Coordinate schedules and resources to ensure timely completion of finishing work.
- Supervise and train finishing teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships for materials and services related to interior finishes.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, issues, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on-site.
Key Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior finishing management or a similar role within the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and design principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and design drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
