Job Brief:

As a Draftsman at Puje, you will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for our various real estate projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that designs are executed with precision and meet all technical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural and structural drawings using CAD software.
• Interpret design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and refine project plans.
• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and changes in project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and documentation for each project.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and material specifications.

Key Requirments:

• Proven experience as a Draftsman in the real estate or construction industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and design.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A degree or diploma in drafting, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
